Open Barn Days are held the second weekend of every month. It will be both Saturday and Sunday, from noon until 4 pm. We suggest a $5 donation per person.

Open Barn Days are a great way to meet our residents and learn why we do what we do. We welcome people of all ages! During Open Barn Days, you can interact with the animals who are feeling social that day and tour our 17 acres.

Open Barn Days differ from a petting zoo experience. Here, you are coming into the animals' home as a visitor. It's their place, where they feel comfortable and safe, and that will always be our top concern. Some animals may want to interact one day and not another. No matter how social our residents are feeling during your visit, you'll be able to learn about all of them, our sanctuary, and our future vision. You'll hear about why sanctuaries are so important and what you can do to make a difference in the lives of animals everywhere. Please wear closed toe shoes (like boots or gym shoes) and no dangling jewelry.
